Founded in 2016 by Yuya Ueno, inspired by his wife Asaka’s roots in Fukuoka, Japan, Cagami Ramen was born from a passion to share soul-warming Japanese flavors with Ventura County. The name Cagami, drawn from the first kanji of their son’s name, embodies the family spirit that infuses every bowl. Today, we continue this legacy, serving authentic dishes with love and dedication.
